Refund & Return Policy

All candles and diffusers sold by Sayana NYC are final sale once opened.

Any item that has been opened, unsealed, used, burned, tested, or altered in any way is not eligible for return or exchange.

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we only accept returns on items that remain completely unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item:
- Is unused and unopened
- Remains sealed in its original packaging
- Is in the same condition as received

Returns must be approved in writing prior to being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains completely unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging.
